澄江·朗诗·新郡

该项目位于江苏省江阴市西部临港新城的中央商务区。临港新城东临主城区、北枕长江、西面和南面与常州接壤，是无锡重点打造的“五大新城”之一，也是江阴城市副中心，正在成为长三角地区最具投资价值、最具发展潜力的热点区域。

The project is located in the central business district of Lingang New Town in the west of Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province. It is becoming the hottest area with the most investment value and development potential in the Yangtze River Delta.

依托当地独特的自然资源和项目定位，设计师以“森林之旅”为主题，构建现代雅奢风格，通过拆解重构等方式，形成以儿童活动空间为中心的环围式社区景观，旨在为朗诗新郡社区持续注入活力与话题，在自然与建筑间达到诗意的平衡，引导人们畅游心之居所，邂逅森屿景致，找寻内心深处的那片宁静。

Relying on the unique local natural resources and project positioning, the designer takes "Forest Tour" as the theme and forms an enclosed community landscape centered on children's activity space through disassembly and reconstruction, aiming to continuously inject vitality and topics into the Landsea community.

示范区承载着空间与记忆，是设计师关于景观、场所与人文思考的结晶。作为整个轴线的序曲，巧妙地运用石材的厚重、金属的质感与绿植的繁茂，交织出一幅现代主义的生活画卷。微风吹拂下，绿影婆娑，模糊了城市的喧嚣，营造出一片宁静而深邃的空间。

The demonstration area carries space and memory, which is the crystallization of the designer's thinking about landscape, place and humanistic. As the prelude of the whole axis, it skillfully uses the thickness of stone, the texture of metal and the lushness of green plants to interweave a picture of modern life. 

沿街景墙连同绿篱形成连续的序列界面，配合优雅的曲线雕塑，成为一段情绪的引导，营造出既宽敞又高端的迎宾氛围，为归家之旅增添专属的尊贵体验。至雅至美，至精至臻，都定格在此。优美的曲线，纯净的质感，馥绿的自然，让每一次回家都成为充满仪式感的享受。

The walls and hedges form a continuous sequence interface, which becomes an emotional guide. With elegant curve sculpture, it creates a spacious and high-end welcome atmosphere and adds an exclusive noble experience to the journey home. Beautiful curves, pure texture, and green nature make every time you go home a ritualful enjoyment.

穿过售楼处，仿佛进入了一个深邃的空间，引入眼帘的是面对景的景墙，上面的logo与“朗诗新郡”几个字在灯光的映衬下醒目而又优雅。精心点植的两棵造型油松与景墙相得益彰，宛如两位迎宾员悄然引导着人们步入园内，探寻其中的奥秘。景墙的设计巧妙地遮挡住原本通透的廊架，把住户的生活空间与外界空间进行分离。

Through the sales office, it seems to have entered a deep space. What is introduced is the scenery wall. The two shaped pine trees complement the landscape wall, just like two welcomers quietly guiding people into the garden to explore the mystery. The design of the landscape wall cleverly covers the originally transparent corridor frame, separating the living space of the residents from the outer space.

向前漫步是一个敞开的廊架景观，将自然与生活叠加相融，构造出一个理想生活的实验场所。流淌的绿意凝固了时间，同时又了筑成宁静深远的场地氛围。作为该区域的会客厅，这里是休闲交流、聚会放松的林间驿站。坐在此处，或一个人安静的冥想思考，或约上两三好友品茶叙旧，或望向远处孩童的嬉戏玩耍，静静感受时间的流动，让更多邻里故事在此缓慢生长。

Walking forward, you can see an open corridor, which superimposes nature with life and builds an experimental place for ideal life. As the living room in the area, this is a forest station for leisure communication, gathering and relaxation. Sit here, meditate quietly alone, or invite two or three friends to taste tea to catch up, or look at the children's play in the distance, quietly feel the flow of time, and let more neighborhood stories grow slowly here. 

橙黄色的全龄儿童游戏区在整个场地中心区域显得格外出挑。这是一处丛林空间，延续了空间景观的森居理念，并被赋予“探索自然”的特性，让孩子们像小松鼠一样在“森林”进行奇妙探险，引领他们融入自然与艺术的奇妙世界。

The orange all-age children's play area looks particularly picky in the central area of the whole venue. This is a jungle space that continues the concept of forest residence in the space landscape,  leading children into the wonderful world of nature and art.

大龄儿童活动区摆放了拥有奇趣独特造型的森林树屋，将钻洞、爬网、廊桥、滑梯等功能设施结合，让孩子们探索神秘的从林世界，给童年生活制造难忘的冒险奇遇。中龄儿童区设置了摇摇马、蹦床、小型滑梯等多种适合儿童玩耍的设施，让他们在无拘无束的自然空间中感受童年时光。低龄幼儿区摒弃了所有障碍物，方便幼儿尽情奔走，释放纯真无邪的心性。婴儿车停放位的设置，帮助宝妈宝爸们解放双手，有更多精力照顾幼儿，让孩子们在玩耍时有充分的安全感。

The elderly children's activity area is equipped with interesting and unique forest tree houses,  so that children can explore the mysterious forest world and create unforgettable adventures for childhood. The middle-aged children's area is equipped with a variety of facilities suitable for children. They can feel their childhood in the unrestrained natural space. The young children's area abandons all obstacles, facilitates children to run to their heart's content and release their innocence. The parking space of the stroller helps mothers and fathers release their hands and give children a full sense of security.

绿植设计以树形美观、四季常青的乔木为主，搭配色叶和开花植物，种植了染井吉野樱、金桂、鸡爪槭、朴树、乌桕、香樟、紫薇、三角枫、娜塔莉等，打造“春夏秋冬”四季不同植物主题节点，辅以倒伏式种植灌木，合理布局，给人们带来了视觉上的层次感和丰富度。以疏朗式乔木和云片式灌木结合形成的中心草坪景观，配以修剪整齐的绿篱迷宫，营造出浓密、层次分明的绿色环境。在静谧的空间氛围下，光影的变幻承载了时间的流转，给日常以自然与诗意。

The green plant design is mainly based on evergreen trees. We planted Yoshino cherry, golden osmanthus, chicken claw maple, simple tree, tallow, camphor, purple myrtle, triangular maple, Natalie, etc., to create different plant theme nodes in the four seasons, bringing people a sense of visual hierarchy and richness. The central lawn landscape formed by a combination of sparse trees and cloud shrubs, coupled with neatly trimmed hedge mazes, creates a dense and layered green environment. In a quiet space atmosphere, the change of light and shadow carries the flow of time.

树下随处可见的坐凳给行人提供休息的场所，天光云影的交织下，将社交休闲更加灵动地叠加到森郁的空间中。与自然共呼吸，在现代中悦享精致，自然中疗愈放松。静看叶落花开，坐观流云似水，在这里，放下所有繁杂，独享生活的诗意。

The bench can be seen everywhere under the tree to provide  places for pedestrians to rest. With the interweaving of skylight, clouds and shadows, social leisure is more flexiblely superimposed into the melancholy space. 

外圈的园区慢跑道，仿佛一条蓝色丝带巧妙围起了所有中心景观。傍晚慢跑在此，晚风带着树木泥土的芬芳，呼吸间，清新的空气涌入肺腑，在这份宁静与美好中，忘却时间的流逝。

The park jogging track in the outer circle, like a blue ribbon, cleverly surrounds all the central landscape. Jogging here in the morning, you can forget the passage of time in this tranquility and beauty.

家的入口，是归途的终点，也是心之所向的起点。每当夕阳西下，优雅的花径步步生香，在微风中摇曳生姿，宛如自然界的舞者，为归家的旅人献上最真挚的欢迎。

The entrance of home is the end of the way home and the starting point of the heart. Whenever the sun sets, the elegant flowers are swaying in the breeze, like a dancer in nature, giving the most sincere welcome to the travelers returning home.

每一步都仿佛能听到岁月的低语，感受到时光的流转。简洁的线条，墙上斑驳的光影，都在诉说着家的故事。这里没有浮华与喧嚣，只有宁静与和谐，让人在繁忙的生活中找到一片心灵的净土。

Every step, it seems that you can hear the whisper of the years and feel the flow of time. The simple lines and the mottled light and shadow on the wall are telling the story of home. There is no flashy and noise here, only tranquility and harmony, so that people can find a pure land of the soul in the busy life.

在澄江朗诗新郡项目施工过程中，提升团队与甲方团队亲赴现场指导施工，精心管控施工落地的每一步。品质景观离不开每一个参与人员的匠心，从方案的优化与打磨，到苗木的选择选型、施工的工艺工法，经过现场多轮沟通协调，确保项目呈现良好的落地效果。
