以　聚水 · 新生---会呼吸的湿地公园为理念打造的叶集湿地公园，

重新梳理了整个河道，将较大的湿地公园大致分为三个板块，分别为城市活力园、文化体验园、自然生态园，

以水为轴，三园为脉，形成公园主题框架。城市活力园以健身休闲为主，亲水休闲为辅，环形亲水轴线及景观空间为市民提供了生活所必需的场所；

文化体验园以地域特色的历史文脉，通过景观小品体现当地民俗文化与健康生活；

自然生态园结合生态绿岛、湿地、跌水，形成趣味景观网络。
