项目前期作为示范区，后期作为幼儿园使用。项目旨在打造整个住区的城市封面，在均质的住区背景中追求新颖和谐。设计手法完整自由，流体勾勒的几何形态至简至雅，立面银色渐变穿孔铝板的运用充满线性律动，营造出充满蓬勃活力的生活界面。
整体设计追求与环境的互动性及场所的昭示性，以圆弧切割方形体量，以缎带般的银色渐变冲孔板包裹建筑，视觉造型简约现代，全然一体。设计用融合开放的姿态回应场地，用温润灵动的造型对话环境。
The design pursues the interaction with the environment and the indication of the place. The shape of the volume is a square cut by an arc and the building is wrapped with ribbon-like silver punching plates. he visual shape is simple and modern, and completely integrated as well. The architecture responds to the site with an open gesture, and gently interacts with the environment.
