项目本身定位于都市年轻新贵，专门为30岁的两口或者即将变成三口之家的年轻人打造，89平米的户型适合而立夫妻。

90后的年轻人逐渐沉稳，但是他们对自己的生活与追求与70、80后截然不同，更强调自我舒适与精致生活。

The project itself is targeted at the young and newly rich in the city. It is specially designed for the 30-year-old young people with two or about to become a family of three. The 89 square meter apartment is suitable for couples.However, their life and pursuit are quite different from those of the Post-70s and post-80s, with more emphasis on self comfort and exquisite life.

设计师在原本户型的基础之上将厨房调整为开放式，调整了生活阳台的墙体位置，扩大了餐厨空间的的使用面积。

卧室回归简约与温馨，原白为底，以克制的珊瑚红色点缀，让整个空间以温暖的基调示人，让忙碌的节奏与生活慢下来。

主卧飘窗两侧原本的风井拆除，改成书架层板，增加了收纳功能，让飘窗成为独立的一个小小的世界。
