SITE EMBEDED  &  SPACE  DEDUCTION

项目位于日照市东港区，大学城片区，烟台路以西、聊城路以南、济宁路以东、城投文化创意产业园以北，交通便利，配套可提升空间较大。项目定位为软件科技产业园，结合这一定位，景观设计以构建全新住居理念，在日照之城的中心创打造以“未来人居理念新主张·幸福星球”为主题的产品。

整个场地中主题建筑的流线型肌理，更契合未来系主题，借此引入“linter幸福系景观”到场地，结合场地独有的特性及建筑语言，创造专属的场地精神。

The project is located in Donggang District of Rizhao City, University City area, west of Yantai Road, south of Liaocheng Road, east of Jining road and north of Chengtou cultural and Creative Industry Park, with convenient transportation and large space for supporting facilities. The project is positioned as a software technology industrial park. Combined with this positioning, the landscape design aims to build a new residential concept, and create a product with the theme of "new idea of future human settlement · happy planet" in the center of Rizhao City.

The streamline texture of the theme building in the whole site is more in line with the theme of the future Department, so as to introduce the "linter happy landscape" to the site, and create a unique site spirit by combining the unique characteristics and architectural language of the site.
