The fluid curves of the sumptuous building are inspired by the beauty of the ocean. The sales office of Gemdale & Huafa • Upview Residential Area is located in the Jiulongwan region of the economic development zone in Weihai City, Shandong Province. Adjacent to Binhai Avenue and a large seaside forest eco-park, the area enjoys environmental advantages and an exceptional sea view.

EH DESIGN GROUP易和设计团队从海洋中提取出灵感：天空、海浪、岛屿、礁石、将这海天一色的巧思引入室内的“海洋世界”，创造了这一令人神往的“蔚蓝海岸”！

The design team at EH DESIGN GROUP drew inspiration from the ocean, with the sky, waves, islands, and reefs all being transformed into design elements, creating an attractive indoor sea world.

LOBBY - 走入门厅，开阔的空间引入眼帘，背景墙面的形式提取自组合折叠陈列三角形网格栅，古铜色不锈钢如同黑夜大海里的点点萤光，在深色大理石，浅暖灰木饰面的衬托下显得低调奢华。

LOBBY – When you walk into the lobby, your eyes are first greeted by a wide open space. The background wall is decorated with triangle grids made of antique brass stainless steel, which shine like stars reflected in the sea at night. Held in contrast with the dark-colored marble and light-grey wooden facing, the grids create a modestly luxurious atmosphere.

THE SAND TABLE - 沙盘区，两层通高的空间以米白色哑光石材、白色大理石为底色，古铜色不锈钢穿插，整个展示空间开阔而明亮。吊顶艺术装置的形态灵感源自风暴，其以灵动的姿态盘旋而上，体态轻盈、变幻莫测，极强的视觉冲击感。

THE SAND TABLE – The area is a two-story high space, decorated with matte beige stones and white marble, interspersed by stainless steel. This makes the place feel spacious and bright. Inspired by storms, the art device on the ceiling seems to be rising and swirling in a flexible and unexpected way, resulting in a great visual impact.  

WATER BAR - 金色的金属与白色大理石构造而成的水吧台区域由内而外散发着优雅气质与富贵风华，从曾经绅士或是贵族生活出发，空间对于生活品质的追求可见一斑。灰白色作为经久不衰的经典潮流，高雅又时尚，在提升空间的整体温度的同时，糅合进入整体色调。结合海洋文化提取的元素，将典雅的色彩融入空间。

WATER BAR – Metallic gold and white marble bestow a sense of grace and luxury upon the water bar area. Based on the lifestyle of the gentlemen or noblemen of antiquity, the design communicates the pursuit of a superb quality of life. Off-white, a color that’s eternally in fashion, raises the temperature of the space and makes it ever more graceful. The color perfectly blends into the overall hue, together with the elements extracted from the ocean, making the area more attractive still.

DISCUSSION AREA - 爵士白大理石、烟熏尤加利木饰面、镜面香槟色不锈钢，轻盈几何结构的茶几落在洽谈区，座椅采用米色皮革与金属搭配，外缝细节工艺又在不经意间中增加几分雅致。

DISCUSSION AREA – Volakas white marble, charcoal brown Eucalyptus wood facing, shining champagne-colored stainless steel, tea tables in exquisite shapes, chairs made of beige leather and metal—all of these contribute to the elegance of the area.

蓝鸟色皮革，与皮革棕形成反差，晕染了一抹浓郁的复古色彩，在清浅的性色调里跳脱出来，每一条恰到好处的优雅线条，为沉稳的感官中增加了轻柔的浪漫。

The bluejay-colored leather strikes a contrast with the brown leather, granting a touch of vintage style to the place. In among the light colors, the blue and the graceful lines of the sofas add to the romantic hue.

地毯上的不规则几何气泡肌理，与沙发座椅上的织物纹理，共同呼应着自然的肌理变换。

The irregular geometric bubble patterns on the carpet and the fabric texture of the sofas echo nature’s ever-changing character.

CHILDREN AREA - 红宝石般晶莹剔透的黑石榴在粉红胡椒的衬托下令人沉醉；卡萨布兰卡百合、愈创木和广藿香的组合则尽显深邃神秘；青柠、罗勒搭配柑橘则充满热情；沁人心脾的辛香，宛如加勒比海的微风拂面而来。

CHILDREN’S AREA – The crystal-clear black garnet is intoxicating, as it sits in contrast with the pink pepper; the combination of Casa Blanca lily, lignum vitae, and Pogostemon cablin gives the area an air of mystery; meanwhile, lime, basil, and citrus together convey passion; and the intense fragrance that wafts through is like the breeze of the Caribbean.
